Cottage town is located in Maliy Mayak village.
The general plan of «Maliy Mayak» settlement envisages construction of 32 cottages of area 175 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 12 hectares. Land lots of 800-1200 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
