Cottage town is located in Maliy Mayak village.
The general plan of «Lazurniy elit» settlement envisages construction of 30 cottages of area 150-2260 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 3,5 hectares. Land lots of 1000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
