The general plan of «Korchagin» settlement envisages construction of 7 cottages of area 253 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 0,5 hectares. Land lots of 300 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
