Cottage town is located in Koreiz village.
The general plan of «Koreiz» settlement envisages construction of 9 cottages of area 457 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 1,18 hectares. Land lots of 1000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
Construction material for cottages:

Walls: limestone bricks, natural stone;
Roof: tile
Windows: double-glazing unit PHC;
Façade finish: decoration plaster, etc.
Communications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of «Koreiz» settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, parking will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
The infrastructure includes platform for cars, footpaths, swimming pools with sea water, sports.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.
Management:
For «Koreiz» settlement's life activity provision, an individual maintenance service will be established providing control over life support systems and public territories cleaning.
