Cottage town is located in Koktebel village Theodosya area.
The general plan of «Koktebel» settlement envisages construction of 19 town-houses of area 190 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 0,27 hectares. Land lots of 200-300 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
