The general plan of «Spanish village» settlement envisages construction of 63 appartamentes of area 80-255 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 2 hectares. Land lots of 1700-2400 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
