Cottage town is located in 1,5 km from Yalta.
The general plan of «Gorniy» settlement envisages construction of 24 town-houses of area 190-345 sq. m. and 5 cottages of area 310 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 1,5 hectares. Land lots of 600-800 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
