Cottage town is located in Massandra village.
The general plan of «Voshod» settlement envisages construction of 36 cottages of area 260 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 6 hectares. Land lots of 800-1000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
Construction material for cottages:

Social infrastructure:
The infrastructure includes water park, hotel, apartments with the corps, as well as with individual restaurant kitchen.
On the territory of the hotel complex located restaurant, playgrounds, shops, pharmacy, indoor swimming pool and mini-bowling center, underground parking for 200 car.
Security:
