General information:
Cottage town is located in Goloseevsky District of Kyiv.
The general plan of «Konyk» settlement envisages construction of 58 cottages of area 300 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 11,7 hectares. Land lots of 1500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
