Cottage town «Chateau Royal» is situated within the precincts of the city.
The general plan of «Chateau Royal» settlement envisages construction of 7 cottages of area from 337 to 613 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 0,33 hectares. Land lots of 200 – 600 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Original idea of buildings allocation by perimeter provides picturesque view from the windows to spacious courtyard – the real masterpiece of landscaping art.
