General information:
Cottage town is located at 15 kilometres distance from Yaremcha (Ivano-Frankovsk region).
The general plan of «Yalyvets» settlement envisages construction of 14 cottages of area from 132 to 247 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 1,5 hectares. Land lots of 500 – 1200 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished «on turn-key».

Communications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of «Yalyvets» settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. The houses in «Yalyvets» settlement will be built in the Western European style. All housing estates have fencing, shed for motor vehicle, paths and green lawn.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
The settlement's infrastructure includes a ground near the river with two swimming pools and terraces for rest.
Basic infrastructure will be located in hotel complex «Yalyvets». Hotel complex will be located opposite of cottage town on slopes of Scherbativ Verkh mountain and at its foot. The complex consists of 5-star hotel for 150 suites, conference hall for 300 seats, restaurant, bars, SPA-centre with full-fledged swimming pool, saunas, massage rooms, and beauty salon. Parking for 150 cars will be located near hotel. Low station of cable hoist will be organized at upper ground of the hotel.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.
