General information:
Cottage town is located at 3 kilometres distance from Ivano-Frankovsk (Ivano-Frankovsk region).
The general plan of “Lagoon” settlement envisages construction of 106 cottages of area from 88 to 283 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 4,6 hectares. Land lots of 50 – 300 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of «Zahidny» settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Cottages in the town will be executed in the Western-European style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure including swimming pool 5 m in depth or 2 saunas, billiards, fitness club, restaurants and bars, tennis court and football field, and children's playground is envisaged in the complex.
Pond with fountains and cascade waterfalls is situated inside of the settlement; forest belt is stretched along perimeter.
Security:
Security issue is resolved at high level in the complex. Access and exit to/from territories of complex is possible only through two specially equipped check points.
The complex's territory is fenced; security service officers provide continues patrolling of the territory. Individual fire protection point is available.
Round-the-clock CCTV monitoring is carried out along perimeter and in parking. A big number of various sensors will secure an immediate response of security and fire prevention services.
Each building may be connected to the central security console for more reliable security provision
Management:
For life activity provision of «Zahidny» complex 4 departments will be established:
Utility Services Department.
Composition: Chief Engineer Service, and servicing personnel. Functions of department include provision of running order of all the utility objects at the territories of residential complex and supervision over its maintenance rules compliance and emergency situations liquidation.
Åcology Department.
Composition: consumer and improvement services. The staff is responsible to carry out supervision over the settlement's improvement - territories and buildings cleaning, laundry and dry-cleaning functions, looking after parks, lawns, etc.
Transportation Department.
Composition: taxi service, fixed-run taxi, school bus, guest parking. Task: to provide easy transport connection between residential complex and Ivano-Frankovsk, schoolchildren transportation to places of their education, cargoes of various dimensions transportation, parking and motor vehicles protection at the settlement's territories.
Servicing Department.
Composition: post office, shopping centre, beauty salon, pharmacy, children's room with teacher, 24-hour delivery service. Task: servicing of the settlement's dwellers, foods and convenience goods delivery, children's
