The complex is located in the area of Omega bay of Sevastopol.
General plan of complex «Acropolis» provides construction of:
Four 9-storey buildings
Group of 8 and 6 blocked 2-storey cottages (town-houses) with separate entrances, of area 264,1 m2 and land lots - 2 hundred square meters.
Group of 8 separately standing elite cottages of improved comfort of area 426,4 m2 with land lots – 8 hundred square meters.
Total area of complex – 2 hectares.

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of «Acropolis» settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. The houses in «Acropolis» settlement will be built in the modern style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
As the settlement is located within city boundaries its citizens have an access to all municipal infrastructure of Sevastopol.
In addition, construction of the following is envisaged at the territories of complex:
Block with premises of social, health-improving, and restaurant purpose
Indoor parking for 32 motor vehicles

Security:
