General information:
Cottage town is located at 2 kilometres distance from Yevpatoriya (Crimea).
The general plan of «South Symphony» settlement envisages construction of 96 cottages of area from 95 to 230 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 5,1 hectares. Land lots of 2300 – 3000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
Construction material for cottages:
Base: strip in-situ reinforced concrete;
Walls: «shell limestone»;
Roofing: flexible tile;
Windows: wooden sashes with single double glass filling;
Façade finish: plaster with inclusion of stone masonry from shales.
Communications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of «South Symphony» settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Villas in the settlement will be executed in contemporary style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure including cafe-bar with summer terrace, mini-market, boutiques, outside swimming pools for children and adults, sports and children grounds, fitness centre, sauna, diving club, covered parking, first-aid post, pharmacy, taxi service, exhibition centre, and individual beach will be provided in cottage town.
Main shopping-public and sports-entertaining complex are located in Yevpatoriya. Secondary schools of high education level where the lessons are given not only in Russian or Ukrainian languages bit in English are available in Yevpatoriya. There are kindergartens, shops, medical institutions, post office, and saving bank in the city.
Security:
Particular attention in «South Symphony» settlement is paid to its inhabitants and guests safety, which is secured by up-to-date technical means as video-monitoring, radio alarm system, movement sensors and round-the-clock patrolling. Access to the settlement is carried out via check point.
Multilevel round-the-clock security is foreseen along the entire settlement's perimeter. One of unique advantages of multilevel security technology installation is an absence of visible elements inherent to other protection systems such as barblock, wires, and visible sensors. Alarm system with central control at security office of the complex is provided for villas' protection.
Operators of central monitoring station provide a continuous control over indications of protection and fire systems with immediate informing of the settlement's operative services about incidents. Round-the-clock guarding of settlement is carried out. In addition, this system envisages presence of alarm buttons in every house, which allow informing on any accidents.
Management:
Twenty-four-hour Service Department consisting of maintenances service with departments for territories cleaning, clean-up, washing, roads repair, and garbage disposal is envisaged in the settlement.
Moreover, the established monitoring carries out control over operating capacity of engineering equipment of complex's buildings (heat points, water supply, power supply, gas supply), alarm system (at control station) as to deviation of technological parameters from permissible one with the purpose of timely response to possible technological equipment failure, over possible accidents prevention, remote control of consumed electric power, heating, water, gas, and also remote control of controlling equipment and engineering systems of the buildings.
The settlement's service department includes laundry and household appliance also.
