General information:
Cottage town is located at 600-800 m on the left from urban settlement Gurzuf in «Khasta» area above Artek, 170 m above-sea level.
The general plan of «Park of Gurzuf» settlement envisages construction of 17 cottages of area from 350 to 420 sq.m and 18 town-houses of area 200 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 4 hectares. Land lots of 1500 – 2500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished «on turn-key».

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of «Park of Gurzuf» settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Cottages in the town will be executed in traditional Mediterranean style with elements of Gurzuf style and inclusion of contemporary elements. Villas are arranged with maximal access to dominating types. Each villa constructed by individual project.
Landscaping works, paving, illumination, planting and green walking area will organized at the territory.
Social infrastructure:
Infrastructure including public barbeque, children's playground and park will be provided in cottage town.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.
Management:
For life activity provision in the settlement an individual maintenance service will be established, which will provide servicing of public areas and constructions, engineering communications as well as personal services rendering.
