Cottage town is located at 70 kilometres distance from Simferopol near Gurzuf (Crimea).
The general plan of “Villas of Galata” settlement envisages construction of 17 cottages of area from 320 to 420 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 2,04 hectares. Land lots of 1000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Landscaping works, paving, illumination, planting and green walking area will organized at the territory. The territory will be fenced with natural vineyards from the sea side.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure assuming cafe, laundry and chapel allocation will be provided in the town. Creation of additional objects of public and social infrastructure is possible to expect in perspective. Private areas executed in old patio style, terraces with pergolas, separate stanzas, where summer kitchen or barbeque is easy to organize, as well as garages and car parking are provided at each villa.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Villas of Galata” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
