General information:
The general plan of «Zeleniy Gorodok» settlement envisages construction of 26 cottages of area from 180 to 300 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 4,5 hectares. Land lots of 1300 – 1600 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Land lots are offered with obligatory construction contact; the most of the houses in the settlement are commissioned under preliminary finish. The future owners are offered 3 different projects of cottages depending on area and location with possibility to create individual designing solutions (within a house).

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of «Zeleniy Gorodok» settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. The houses in «Zeleniy Gorodok» settlement will be built in the uniform style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure will be organized in the settlement including shopping and entertainment center and sports complex construction, administrative and control building, maintenance service and security, first-aid post, guest parking etc.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of «Zeleniy Gorodok» settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
