General information:
General plan of town "Edelweiss" provides construction of 107 cottages and 24 town houses of area from 220 to 400 sq.m. at the closed protected territory of 31 hectares. Land lots of 700-3600 sq.m. are located in such a manner to provide maximal isolation and convenient access to the cottages.
Town development is conducted in three stages. The first stage envisages erection of 60 cottages for permanent inhabiting, the second - 57 cottages more and 24 town houses, and the third – building of social and cultural objects.
Houses in "Edelweiss" town are commissioned with complete “initial” finishing and engineering connections in all premises. The future owners may select between 6-8 different projects of cottages, which help to differ one house from another and to subordinate it variety to single design.
Besides classical type cottages, four-level town houses are presented in the complex (including ground and mansard floors) divided by 8 sections with total area up to 250 m2 with adjoining land lot of 700 sq.m., and a separate entrance.

Communications:
Modern communications make life comfortable and independent of cottages’ owners and town houses’ sections. Centralized communications system provides continuous living activity support to "Edelweiss" town. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system working on natural gas, which reduces municipal payments, is installed in each cottage and town house’s section. Thus, an owner has opportunity to regulate temperature of heating and hot water.

Zoning and improvement:
Unique town’s architectural and art concept has been carefully thought over with consideration of peculiarities of surrounding forest landscape. Houses in "Edelweiss" town will be built in unique and picturesque style of traditional European house.
Landscape works, paving, lightening, gardening, artificial pond surrounded by improved green walking zone, sports and children's playgrounds will be made at the territory.
Decorative lights and small architectural forms from natural stone are harmoniously inserted into natural landscape.
Social infrastructure:
Administrative and recreation centre represents independent shopping - administrative line including: supermarket, sport complex with swimming pool, several cafes with diverse cuisine, administrative and control office, first-aid post, guest parking, and guarding point.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of fenced territory. Security service specialists may create multi-level security system with use of modern surveillance and signaling means. Control point is organized at the town’s territory.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for life support of "Edelweiss" town, and carry out further maintenance services of buildings, engineering systems and roads after houses sale, territory cleaning as well as render other services. Specialists of emergency control service will carry out round-the-clock duty.
