General information:
The general plan of “Priozerny” settlement envisages construction of 70 cottages and 48 town-houses of area from 160 to 400 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 21 hectares. Land lots of 500 – 3000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
The settlement development is planned to be carried out in 2 stages. The first stage anticipates erection of 70 cottages and 48 town-houses for permanent residence, and the second – construction of infrastructure objects.
A majority of land lots are offered with obligatory construction contact (ïîä ÷èñòîâóþ îòäåëêó), and the other part - «turnkey project».
The future owners are offered 1 - 3 different projects of cottages depending on area and location with possibility to create individual designing solutions (within a house).

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. The houses in “Priozerny” settlement will be built in unique mixed style of classic and the western architecture.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds etc. will be carried out at the territory
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. Check-point regime will be organized at the settlement’s territory.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Priozerny” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services rendering.
