The general plan of “Siverskie Usadby” settlement envisages construction of 67 cottages and 30 town-houses of area from 180 to 300 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 15 hectares. Land lots of 300 – 1900 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to cottages and town-houses.
The houses in the settlement are commissioned with complete preliminary finish, and engineering connections in all the premises. The future owners may select amongst 5 different projects of cottages with possibility to create individual designing solutions (within a house).
