The Company SV Development was established with the purpose to assist the representatives of the Ukrainian business to implement the best systems and practices of cottage towns organization used in world practice and to promote their integration into the Ukrainian society. 

We help resolving tomorrow’s problems of developer and land lot’s owner. By implementing international standards requirements into suburban real estate development, we are anxious for improvement of services quality in Ukraine and consequently the quality of our life.

About used terminology

We have a serious attitude to a notion "mission of the company" – it is not a tribute to vogue or foreign adoption. For us "mission of the company" means necessity, awareness of business and society relationships. There is no strategy of the company development without formalized mission.
